We are changing it up to serve you better!

Beginning in 2012, our sales will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We need two full days between each sale to restock because we are getting so many donations! Our Saturday sales are fabulous.

SCANNERS (scanning the title or ISBN) are not permitted

during the first hour of the book sale.

Each sale boasts at least 10,000 books, movies & music. We accept most credit and debit cards.

We accept donations all year long.  Drop off donations to the front desk anytime the library is open.

90 % Donated materials.

All in good to excellent condition.

The sale is set up like a book store. Our volunteers sort everything by author or subject. There are no boxes on tables. Go to the section that interests you and start browsing for treasures! Authors are arranged alphabetically and divided between novels, thrillers, hard covers, trade books, and paperbacks. There is a separate children's area. Teens have their own section.

The success of our sales are a combination of dedicated volunteers and quality books. Only the best make it into our sales.

BOOK SALE POLICY!!!!!!!

Our mission is to raise funds for the Bethlehem Area Public Library and to provide affordable books for the public.

In order to provide equal access for all and for safety reasons, the following policy is in effect beginning January 1, 2010:

Scanners (scanning the title or ISBN) are not permitted during the first hour of the sale. Book choices must be made one book at a time. If a book is rejected, it must be replaced immediately. You may not remove multiple books from a shelf, table or display and then make your choices. Books chosen for purchase may be placed in a container and stored out of the way of aisles, exits, and elevators until you are ready to pay for them.

Anyone violating this policy will be given one warning, and then be required to leave. There will be no exceptions.
